  I submitted an inquiry through WhatsApp and was surprised at how fast the team got back to me regarding the bed bugs issue I faced. I highlighted that I intend to resolve the issue as soon as possible and the team was able to accommodate to my request and arranged for a service call in the evening. The team did a very meticulous job in checking every corner of the bed for the bugs. My consultant, Feza, was very reassuring and would patiently explain to me what will be done and how her proposed solution will resolve the issue in both the short and long term. She would also occasionally check-in with us to see if we are still facing any bed bugs issues. Results were quick and my family was overall very satisfied with the service that was provided!   Did the yearly check on my house and cleared the open and hard to reach corners.Feza took the job and made sure to clear all the hard to reach places.
